摘要
针对轨道交通系统内事故处理效率不高,各种辅助控制系统协作不足的问题,应用工作流过程管理思想,对应急处置流程及业务关系进行实体分析.构造了基于对象间静态关系的工作流静态模型和面向应急过程控制的工作流动态模型,建立支持跨系统动态协作的应急管理系统.引入可控度参数实现对协作系统的适度柔性控制和流程的协调,探讨了系统框架、通信机制、功能设置等问题.该系统可作为决策支持的工具,模拟实验证明了其在应急决策和实时控制中的有效性.
In view of the low efficiency of accident disposal m urban ran transit system and lack of process collaboration among several assisted control systems, this paper analyzes emergency treatment process according to workflow process management concept. A static workflow model based on static relation of objects and a dynamic workflow model describing emergency process control are constructed. The emergency management system (EMS) based on the models is developed, which supports dynamic cross-system collaboration. A control parameter is introduced to keep appropriate flexibility for cooperative systems and process coordination. The system framework, communication mechanism, and function design are discussed. This implementation runs as a decision support tool, the simulation example proves its usefulness in decision making and real time control.
