摘要
对螺旋扭状钢筋与混凝土、螺旋扭状钢纤维与砂浆和螺旋扭状有机玻璃与砂浆三类螺旋扭状材料及其对应平直材料进行了粘结锚固对比试验,结果显示螺旋扭状材料的共性特点是粘结锚固力提高.在分析螺旋扭状材料的几何特征基础上,提出了在拉伸过程中螺旋扭状材料产生扭转力的必然性,正是该扭转力形成了基体材料对螺旋扭材料的三向咬合力,增加了拔出的总能耗,形成了"螺旋扭增强"的机制.
Based on the experiments and research in the bond ability of twisted bar reinforced concrete, twisted steel fiber reinforced mortar, and twisted organic glass reinforced mortar with their corre- sponding plain materials reinforced matrices, the common characters are obtained. The bond and anchorage property of helical and twisted materials is strengthened. Based on the analysis of the geometrical characters of the helical and twisted materials, the appearance of the torsion force is proposed to be inevitably in the pulling of the helical and twisted materials. It is the essential mechanism of the "helical reinforcement effect" that the three-dimensional occlusive action between helical and twisted materials and the bulk materials is generated by the torsion force that enhances the overall energy cost when pulling them out.
