摘要
在贯彻实施ISO 9000系列标准、审核质量体系的活动中,资源的合理性提及很少.资源包括人员、资金、设施、设备、技术和方法.本文从资源是质量体系的重要组成部分和资源是影响质量的基本要素等几方面,论述资源在质量体系中的重要性.提出ISO 9000修订时应增加资源的配置和评价有关内容的建议.
Resources include personnel, fund, installation, equipment, technology and method. By discussing the composition of quality system and the key element of quality, etc, this article expound, that resources are major foundation of quality system. A suggestion is also made in this paper for adding allocation and evaluation of resources to ISO 9000 standards.
