摘要
建立了基于时间约束和费用最小指标的随机型0~1整数规划模型。在求解含随机变量的企业人力资源培训问题中,使用了随机模拟与遗传算法相结合的混合智能算法。数值算例表明该算法的有效性,同时也拓广了不确定理论的应用,为发展企业管理方法提供了新的理论依据。
The 0~1 integer programming models are put forward in this paper according to confined time and least expenditure.Stochastic simulations are given and embedded into genetic algorithm to design a hybrid intelligent algorithm.An example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of this algorithm.The result shows that it can not only develop the application of uncertain theory,but also provide a new theoretical evidence for enterprise management.
