酪氨酸激酶受体c-kit和细胞间黏附分子-1在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义

Expression of c-kit tyrosine receptor and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in endometriosis

目的检测酪氨酸激酶受体c-kit和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)在子宫内膜异位症中的表达,探讨其在Em发病中的作用。方法用免疫组化的方法分别检测c-kit和ICAM-1在25例Em患者的异位内膜及26例正常子宫内膜上的表达,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果c-kit和ICAM-1二者在正常内膜表达较弱,而在异位内膜的表达较强(P<0.01);c-kit和ICAM-1在正常内膜及异位内膜中表达呈正相关,相关系数分别为r=0.682及r=0.742(P<0.01)。结论c-kit和ICAM-1在Ems患者的异位内膜的表达高及两者之间的正相关性提示其在Ems的发病发展过程中起重要的作用。

[Objectives] To investigate the association of c-kit tyrosine receptor（c-kit） and intercellular adhesion molecule-1（ICAM-1） with endometrlosis. [Methods] Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the c-kit and ICAM-1 protein expression in 26 specimens of normal endometrium,25 eetopie endometrium of endometriosis and the results were analyzed statistically. [Results] The expression of c-kit and ICAM-1 were found mainly in the stroma cells ,and ICAM-1 also expressed the glanguler epithelial cells,with the ectopie endometriotie tissue showing the higher expression than normal endometrium （P 〈0.01）. C-kit and ICAM-1 expressions was positively correlated to normal and eetopie endometrium （r =0.682 and 0.742, respectively, P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] C-kit and ICAM-1 may participate in the process of the pathogenesis in endometriosis.
