摘要
目的观察大鼠长期服用厚朴水煎液对血液与尿液中尿酸和尿素氮的影响。方法用HPLC法测定厚朴中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量,并用高、中、低3个剂量组厚朴水煎液对大鼠灌胃给药,给药后1、2、3个月时称重。结果尿素氮未见明显改变,尿酸含量逐步升高。结论长期服用厚朴水煎液对大鼠尿酸的影响较大。
Objective To investigate the changes of uric acid and urea nitrogen in blood and urine of rats after long-term administration of Magnolia Officincdis water extract. Methods The content s of magnolol and honokiol in Magnolia Officinalis was determined by HPLC. 100 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups and perfused with the water extract of Magnolia Officinalis according to a gradually increasing dose scheme everyday. The rats were weight and their renal function indices were detected after 1, 2 and 3 months administration. Results No significant change was found in the urea nitrogen, however the uric acid increased gradually with the increase of administration time and dose. Conclusion The uric acid can be influenced by long-term administration of Magnolia Officinalis water extract in rats.
