福州市膝关节骨性关节炎的中医证候分布探讨

Discussion on Distribution Features of TCM Syndromes of Knee Joint Osteoarthritis in Fuzhou

目的探讨福州市膝关节骨性关节炎中医证候分布特点。方法从福州市各协作医院门诊随机抽取符合膝关节骨性关节炎患者693例，采用骨性关节炎调查问卷收集资料，数据用单变量频数分布分析、X^2检验。结果肾虚髓亏证、瘀血阻滞证出现频率在23％～33％之间，寒湿阻滞证、肝肾阴虚证、牌肾亏虚证的出现频率在11％～16％之间，湿热痹阻证出现的频率不足4％，各证候出现率之间有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）；合并证候后，3组证候之间出现率的差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）；不同年龄段中医证候分布比较，有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论福州市膝关节骨性关节炎常见证候是肾虚髓亏证、瘀血阻滞证，多见证候是寒湿阻滞证、肝肾阴虚证、脾肾亏虚证，少见证候是湿热痹阻证。

Objective To explore the distribution features of TCM syndromes of knee joint osteoarthritis in Fuzhou. Methods 93 patients were selected randomly according to the diagnosis criteria of knee joint osteoarthritis from the cooperative hospitals＇ outpatients in Fuzhou, the data were collected according to the investigation questionnaire of osteoarthritis and dealt with single variable frequency distribution analysis method and X^2 test. Results The occurrence frequency of kidney deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome were between 23%-33%, and cold dampness syndrome, liver kidney yin insufficiency syndrome, spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome were between 11%-16%, and dampness-heat blockage syndrome was less than 4%, there was significant difference among the occurrence frequencies of the TCM syndrome above （P〈0.01）; after combining above syndromes, there was significant difference among the occurrence frequencies of the three groups syndromes （P〈0.01）; tion comparison of TCM syndromes in different ages （P〈0.01）. there was significant difference in the distribution comparison of TCMsyndromes in different ages（P〈0.01）.Conclusion In Fuzhou, the most common types of knee joint osteoarthritis are kidney deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, the second are cold dampness syndrome, liver kidney yin insufficiency syndrome, spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome, and the less is dampness-heat blockage syndrome.
