摘要
目的了解救护车内空气病原体生长情况。方法针对影响病原体生长的三个因素(气温、湿度、车厢清洁度)采用正交设计方法进行正交实验,在不同环境因素水平下采集空气进行细菌培养,并对结果进行分析。结果救护车内空气中病原体平均为2 641 cfu/m3,最高达12 717 cfu/m3,所有实验均超过Ⅲ类环境标准。各因素对病原体生长的影响依次为车厢清洁度、气温和湿度。结论救护车内空气病原体污染严重,是可能引发医院感染的重要环节,应当引起足够重视。
Objective To investigate the growth of air pathogen within ambulance. Method An orthogonal experimental study is designed according to three factors which have influence on the growth of the pathogen.The three factors are temperature,humidity and cleanness of the vehicle.Under different environment,the germs are sampled and cultivated and the result is compared and analyzed.Result The result shows that the average density of air pathogen is 2641 cfu /m3,and the highest is 12 717 cfu/ m3,all of which exceed over the environmental criteria limitted number.The cleanness of the vehicle has the most important impact on the growth of germs,then temperature and humidity in turn.Conclusion The air within ambulance is infected seriously, it may cause a series of hospital infection accidents.More attention should be paid to this problem.
