摘要
连续挤压生产过程中,压实轮压下量是一个至关重要的参数。压下量过大会加剧设备的磨损,降低使用寿命;压下量过小会导致"闷车现象"。连续挤压机成型压力直接反映出压下量的大小。提出用应变电测法测量连续挤压机压实轮的压下力,以替代当前采用的理论计算法,对进行的连续挤压机挤压过程数值模拟有很好的指导意义。
The depth of coining roller is a very important parameter. Equipment will be abrasion aggravatingly when the depth is too big; Oppositely, it will cause "process failure". The pressure can reflect depth of coining roller directly. This paper proposed that using the strain electrical testing method survey the pressure of the continuous extrusion machine's coining roller. Electrical testing method can substitute the theory computation method. The data resulted from testing also make a good guiding sense for extrusion process numerical simulation on the continuous extrusion.
