介绍设备的状态检测及故障诊断技术,利用故障诊断技术分析合成气压缩机透平振动失稳的原因。从对实时监测图谱的分析,得出透平振动失稳是因为叶轮断叶片造成的。在机组不能停机检修的情况下,给出基于故障诊断下的透平稳定运行的措施,保证机组运行到计划停机检修,取得很好的效果。

Introducing the technology for estate monitoring and trouble diagnose ,and using it to analyze vibration instability causes of synthesis gas compressor turbine. Tracing out that the real reason for vibration of the turbine is attributed to the breaking of impeller. Drawing out the measures to be taken for non-shut off and stable tuning until it under a overhaul ,and got a good result.
