为了解决丙烯进料高速泵中机械密封频繁失效的问题,经多次对使用后高速机械密封进行解体并核算其设计参数,发现在液态烃中高速密封的设计参数和摩擦付材料不合理,通过改造,在生产装置使用中取得了较好的效果,说明高速密封用于液态烃工况时必须进行针对性改造。

In order to solve the problem of frequent failure of seal to the high speed pump＇s mechanical seals for the medium of Propylene, we calculate many times of the parameter of used high speed mechanical seals and find the reason of non-matching between the designing parameter of high speed Mechanical seals in the liquid hydrocarbon and the seals face materials. We redesign the parameter and chose other sealing materials and get the good sealing result in the using of equipment. We get the result that high speed mechanical seals must adjust when it use to sealing the hydrocarbon medium.
