摘要
分析了三维激光扫描测量系统的测量模型和被测物体整体重建的过程。在此基础上,分别就旋转扫描和平移扫描2种情况,提出了相应的校正机械系统转台中心的方法。实验证明该方法有效地结合光学系统和机械系统,实现物体的三维重建,达到较高的精度。简化了设备操作的流程,是一种合理有效的机械参数校正方法。
The measuring model for the 3D laser scanning measurement system and the rebuil ding process for objects are analyzed detaily. Based on this, the relative calibration technique for the center of the rotate worktable is presented respectively in rotating scan and moving scan. The experimental results show that this technique could rebuild 3D shape of objects and acquire high precision by combining the optical system and mechanical system. This technique makes the operation simple and is a reasonable method for calibrating the mechanical parameters.
