摘要
为了研究无心外圆磨削过程中,砂轮不平衡引起的振动对工件表面形貌的影响,建立了磨削中砂轮不平衡引起的系统振动的数学模型,通过理论与仿真结果的分析比较,得出由于砂轮不平衡引起的磨削表面和砂轮表面的相对瞬时位移,再利用准动力学谐波理论计算分析,结果表明,砂轮不平衡会严重影响工件表面的谐波构成。
To analyse the influence of grinding wheel unbalance on surface topography of workpiece in centreless grinding, this paper established a mathematical model of system vibration. The relative instantaneous displacement between the ground surface and the grinding wheel surface was described by comparing theoretical analyse and simulation results. Consequently, research result by using the method of generating mechanism of harmonic quasi - dynamics showed that, grinding wheel unbalance have great impact on the harmonic structure of ground surface.
