摘要
提出了一种针对油电混合动力汽车的在板故障诊断系统设计方法,实现了传统的故障诊断仪与在板故障诊断系统的结合。在介绍了混合动力汽车的整个通信网络的基础上,对故障诊断系统的人机交互模块设计、诊断数据库设计以及CANopen故障诊断规范等进行了详细的描述,最后进行了实验测试,证明了该设计方法的可行性。
This paper introduces a method of developing on - board diagnostic system on hybrid electric vehicle,implements the combination of traditional trouble scanning tool and on - board diagnostic system. Firstly, presents the communication network of HEV. Secondly, describes detailedly the system's man - machine module design, trouble information database design and CANopen diagnostic criterion. Finally, the experiment test is done, proves this method's feasibility.
