摘要
A method for the simultaneous determination of solanesol and solanesyl bromide by reverse phase HPLC has been established.The sample was separated completely on an SymmetryC18 column(3.9×150mm,5μm),using methanol/isopropanol(5/5,v/v) as the mobile phase with detection by DRI detector at a flow rate of 1mL/min and 30℃,the volume of injection sample was 10μL.The method is simple,accurate and efficient,which is benifit for the simultaneous determination of solanesol and its derivants.
