Synthesis and antibacterial activities of chloro-substituted diphenylbenzoylpyrazolone and its Schiff bases

摘要 In this paper,an unreported novel acylpyrazolone——1-(p-Cl-phenyl)-3-phenyl-4-benzoyl-pyrazolone-5(CPPBP) and its five Schiff bases have been synthesized in the nonaqueous solvent.Their molecular structures are characterized by the elemental analysis,IR,MS and 1H NMR and an elementary antibacterial activity experiment is made.The results of structural characterization show that CPPBP exist in ketoform structure mainly and other five compounds S1,S2,S3,S4 and S5 coexisted in ketoform and enolform structure after forming the schiff bases.The antibacterial avtivity experiment indicat that six compounds are resistant to four different bacteria with various degrees.
