摘要
常用的Kraemer、Paton和Huggins3种高分子聚合物溶液粘度V与浓度C的关系方程都以C=0时溶液粘度V等于溶剂粘度V0作为连续函数V=f(C)的起点。由于高分子聚合物溶液性质与溶剂的性质有显著的差别,因此对于C≠0的溶液可以假设limC→0V=aV0,在上述原方程中引入系数a修正。本研究通过试验来检验修正的效果。试验以中间基油和石蜡基油为溶剂,使用4类粘度指数改进剂调配成浓度不同的13批96个溶液,测定各溶液的40℃和100℃运动粘度。取得的数据用3种原方程和修正方程进行拟合,确定模型系数及标准偏差σ。修正模型的σ明显低于原模型的,利用8批工厂的小调试验数据进行同样的对比,修正模型的计算结果与试验的完全一致。
The three different equations on the relationship between viscosity and concentration of the polymer solution,Kraemer,Patton and Huggins all selected solution viscosity V=V0(the solvent viscosity at C=0),as the beginning point of the continuous function V=f(C)Because there existed an obvious difference between properties of polymer solution and that of solvent used,an assumption,limC0V=aV0(when C≠0)can be madeIn the above equations,we added to a coefficient“a”to revise the original equation,and the effect of such revision are examined by the following experimentsIn the experiments,13 batches,96 solutions of different concentration were prepared,using intermediate base oil A and paraffin base oil B as solvent respectively and ten kinds of different viscosity index improver belong to four groups and the kinematic viscosity were measured under 40℃ and 100℃The model coefficients and standard deviations σ of all three original equations and their revised equations are calculated and determined by the experimental dataWe found that the σ values of revised models were obviously lower than those of the original equationsWhen the maximum concentration(Cmax) equals to 4%,the average standard deviations of three revised models are only 1/21,1/29 and 1/27 of that of the original models respectively using intermediate base oil as solvent; rates are 1/194,1/153 and 1/114 using paraffin base oilWhen the maximum concentration lowers to 2 or 3,the revision effect is more obviousIn addition,we also use eightgroup plant data for similar comparison,the revision effect is also in accord with that of the designed experiments completely
