摘要
以马来酸酐、烷基醇及烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氯代烯烃、亚硫酸氢钠为主要原料,经过单酯化、双酯化、磺化反应合成了两系列具有非离子结构的琥珀酸双酯磺酸钠阴离子型可聚合表面活性剂——琥珀酸聚氧乙烯醚酯磺酸钠,并测试了性能和进行聚合反应。经IR和1H NMR表征,目标化合物均符合相应的结构特征。与传统表面活性剂相比,两系列目标化合物均具有较低的临界胶束浓度(0.17mol/m3~0.32mol/m3),较低的表面张力(34.70mN/m^40.20mN/m),目标化合物发泡力和分散力大大提高,而乳化力稍有下降;在乳液聚合中,使用琥珀酸聚氧乙烯醚酯磺酸钠既能提高乳液的固含量又能使乳液粒子的粒径更小,分布更窄。
Two series of sodium polyoxyethylene ether sulfosuccinic diesters whlth non-ionic structure as an ionic polymerizable surfactants were synthesized form main materials such as maleic anhydride , alkanol and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether , chlorine alkene and sodium bisulfite by monoesterifieation , diesterification and sulfonation , and basic properties and polymerizable properties were determined . Structures of objective compounds were confirmed by IR and ^1 HNMIL Compared with traditional surfactants , two series of products were lower critical mieell concentration (0. 17 mol/m^3 - 0. 32 mol/m^3 ) and surface tension (34. 70 mN/m - 40. 20 mN/m) ;the bubble power and decentralization power were enhanced greatly , the emulsification power was a little reduced . In emulsion polymerization , using sodium polyoxyethylene ether sulfosueeinie diesters could enhance solid content of emulsion and reduce diameter of emulsion.
