摘要
A novel dopamine D3 receptor imagining agent 7-OH-PFPAT(7-hydroxy-2-(N-propyl-N-3’-F-fluoropropionyl)aminotetralin)which has potential activity to be a dopamine D3 receptor is synthesized by multi-step reactions.At the same time,the precursor of dop-amine D3 receptor imagining agent(7-tetrahydropyranyl-2-(N-propyl-N-3’-bromopropionyl) aminotetralin) which can be radiolabeled with Fluorine-18 is prepared.The chemical structure of the target compound is confirmed by MS and 1H-NMR.This mild and easily manipulated synthetic procedure is attainable.These techniques may provide the potentiality to synthesize a radiolabeled compound 7-hydroxy-2-(N-propyl-N-3’-18F-fluoropropionyl) aminotetralin.
