摘要
结合我国电信服务业竞争焦点向基于用户价值创新转移的演化趋势,通过对价值创新战略逻辑与管理特征的分析表明,价值创新战略是我国电信服务企业适应新经济发展的可持续战略。
In light of the change to user-value-based innovation in competition focus in the telecommunications service industry of China, this article, by analyzing the strategic logic and management of value innovation, points out that value innovation strategies are the sustainable strategies of the telecommunications service providers to adapt to the development of new economy.
