贫困地区农业技术推广中不同利益主体的行为分析——以甘肃省部分贫困县的个案调查为例

本文以甘肃省部分贫困县的实地调查为例,对农民的农业技术选择行为、农技推广人员的行为和地方政府行为进行了分析,最后从缩小各利益主体行为差异的角度提出推进贫困地区农业技术推广的一些建议,即:建立和完善农民信息反馈制度;多渠道开展农民技术培训,提高劳动者的科技文化素质;推广技术的简易化处理;建立和完善"小区域农业技术推广户",带动农民采用新技术;引入有效激励机制,制定科学合理的农技推广人员考核制度等。

The paper analyzes the choice behavior of agricultural technology of farmers, the behavior of the workers of promoting agricultural technology and the behavior of local government by on - the - spot investigation in the partial impoverished counties of Gansu province. Finally, put forward some suggestions of advancing agricultural technology in poverty areas from the perspective of narrowing the interests of the main differences between behaviors.
