茶叶检测项目及限量标准的研究

STUDY ON TEA EXAMINING ITEMS AND THEIR LIMIT STANDARD

本文阐述了茶叶标准的现状,分析了我国茶叶标准面临的问题.提出应加强茶叶标准的检测项目研究,完善茶叶标准体系,健全茶叶质量检测与监督体系,提高茶叶市场竞争力.

The present status of Chinese tea standards and the related standardization problems were narrated. It is proposed that study on the examination items of tea standard should be strengthened, the system of tea standard should be perfected, and the exam and supervision for tea quality should be satisfied, hence to ensure the competitiveness of Chinese tea in the world market.
