摘要
利用金纳米颗粒在十八胺分子的LB膜上自组装得到了一种新的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)活性基底。以C60分子作为这种新基底的探针分子,得到了高质量的C60SERS光谱。不但C60的振动模式增加了,而且很多模式发生了分裂,特别是一些禁戒的模式也出现在光谱中,这说明这种新基底是一种非常高效的活性基底。C60分子在新基底上的增强机制可能来自"热点"增强。
In this paper, a new substrate of gold nano - particles on the 1 - Octadecylamine (ODA) Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) films was obtained by self- assembled. Surface- enhanced Rarnan scattering (SERS) spectrum of high quality of C60deposited on the new substrate was reported with the pyridine as a kind of solvent intermediate. The results show that the substrate of "gold nano - particles of self - assembled on the ODA LB films" is very effective and active for C60. The number of vibrational modes was greatly increased, especially some modes that were forbidden in Raman spectrum appeared and even spilt as prediction of group theory. The very huge enhancement signal may come from the so - called "hot spots" among the gold nano- particles when the substrate was excitated at 1064 nm.
