Y_2O_2S的制备及其紫外拉曼温度效应的研究

摘要 我们用一种新方法制备了高纯的Y2O2S,X射线衍射结果分析表明所得样品纯度很高,没有第二相和杂质峰。此方法不需要添加任何助溶剂、简单、易行极大提高了Y2O2S的纯度。样品的紫外变温拉曼的研究表明:Y2O2S拉曼峰位和半高全峰宽的温度关系可以近似看成为温度的线性函数,不同的振动模所对应的线性斜率是不同的,这是因为Y2O2S晶格的各向异性导致拉曼散射中不同散射模遵从不同的温度关系。 Y2O2S was prepared by a new method and XRD research indicates that the product is very pure without the second phase and impurity peaks. This method is easy to handle and need no solutizer, further more; the purity of product was improved largely. The ultraviolet Raman research shows that the temperature relation of the Raman peak and full width at half maximum(FWI-IM) of Y2O2S can be described by a linearity function approximately, different libration modal correspond to different liner-slope, it caused by the anisotropism of Y2O2S crystal lattice.
