摘要 基于生产中耐火材料原料颗粒形状的复杂性及颗粒尺寸分布的连续性,建立具有连续尺寸分布的颗粒级配理论方程,并研究了耐火材料微孔致密化技术。结果表明,实际生产中的Al2O3-SiC砖的气孔率为5%~10%,孔径不大于9μm的微孔达到80%。该产品具有微孔致密、高强的特性,在混铁炉和鱼雷罐车等铁水设备上使用效果良好。 By means of the grain close packing theory and the continuous particle size distribution theory, a model of the fractal distribution for the continuous particle sizes was set up and deduced theoretically in the paper. The development in synthesis technology for the tiny pore and high density Al2O3- SiC brick for the transportation in the iron metallurgy process was researched. It is found that the porosity of the brick is 5%~10%, and the percentage of the pore diameter below 9 micrometers is 80%. The sintered Al2O3-SiC brick has excellent resistance to the slag and the molten iron, and its life span is comparatively long.
