摘要
借鉴原位插层聚合制备聚合物/层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料的方法,进行有机累托石改性热固性酚醛树脂的研究。通过离子交换的方法将天然钙基累托石改性成为有机累托石,使其片状层间由亲水性变为憎水性。以有机累托石为添加物,采用原位插层聚合法完成对酚醛树脂的改性,得到累托石改性酚醛树脂。借助XRD,FTIR及TGA等方法对制备的有机累托石及其改性热固性酚醛树脂作了测定,结果表明:季铵盐阳离子与累托石片层间的可交换阳离子发生了离子交换,故而得到了有机累托石;有机累托石片层在酚醛树脂基体中通过插层和剥离实现了纳米级分散。
An organophilic rectorite modified resol phenolic resin has been prepared by in-situ intercalated polymerization used to prepare polymer/layered silicate nanocomposites. To obtain organophilic rectorite, the natural Ca^2+-rectorite was converted to Na^+-rectorite by a cation exchange reaction, facilitating the organic compound formation due to the hydrophobic layer of the latter. Properties of the organophilic rectorite and modified resin were characterized by means of XRD, FTIR, SEM and TG. The results indicate that the positive ions in the quaternary ammonium salt are successfully exchanged with cations in the layers of rectorite, and the organophilic rectorite is dispersed in the phenolic resin on a nano-scale by the in-stu intercalation.
