摘要
对CSP系统均热炉底辊用Al2O3-SiO2质浇注料在使用过程中的相组成和结构变化进行了分析与研究。结果表明,该浇注料的明显特点是结构致密、组成合理,尤其是复合结合剂的使用,既赋予制品常温结合强度,又可在温度梯度下各结合剂与相邻物相发生不同步却连续的烧结反应,使制品始终保持体积稳定、结构致密且具有一定的强度。该浇注料辊套内侧的裂纹生成以及铁沿裂纹侵入反应加剧了裂纹扩大并最终导致碎裂,这是制品损毁的主要原因。
The composition and structure of Al2O3-SiO2 castables for soaking furnace bottom roller of the CSP system at work was investigated. It is shown that the distinguishing characteristics of the castables are dense structure and rational composition, and the use of the compound bonding agent has increased the cold bonding strength of the products and kept stable bulk, dense structure and certain strength when out-of-step but continuous sintering reaction takes place between bonding agents and adjacent mass at temperature gradient. The breaking-down of the products results from the cracks that form in the inner side of the castables roller sleeve, and corrosion reaction of ferrum along the cracks makes the cracks develop and then disintegrate.
