摘要
企业管理规范化对企业的发展具有根本性的促进作用。根据当前家族制企业在管理体制上存在的主要问题,提出了家族制企业必须实施管理规范化,并就管理规范化的内容、实施方法、步骤以及应解决的认识问题等提出了个人的观点。
Standardization of enterprise management had fundamental promotion to the development of enterprise. The paper put forward that family enterprise must carry out standardization of management according to the main problems in the management system of the present family enterprise and brought out author＇s opinions about content, implementation method, steps and the cognitive problem that should be resolved of standardization of management.
