我国六西格玛管理实施中存在的问题及其对策

The Problem and its Countermeasure in Implementation of Six-δ Management in China

六西格玛管理具有顾客需求优先、以数据和事实为据、重流程管理和改进等核心理念。在六西格玛管理实施过程中常常存在企业领导参与不够、员工理念认识不足、激励机制不够健全、部门之间存在壁垒以及企业文化异质性障碍等问题,并针对存在的问题提出相应的对策建议。

Six-δ management had such core idea as priority with customer＇s demand, evidence with data and fact, focusing on the flow management and its improvement. In the implementation of six-δ management, some problems existed which were the lack of enterprise＇s leader participation, deficiency of the employee＇s idea cognition, the distemperedness of incentive mechanism and the obstacle of innerdepartments and the enterprise culture heterogeneity. Aiming at these problems, the paper put forward countermeasures.
