柳桉家系适应性试验与遗传变异分析 被引量:6

摘要 对柳桉Eucalyptus saligna试验林42个家系生长性状、形质性状和抗逆性及其遗传变异进行分析,结果表明,柳桉家系在树高、胸径、材积生长性状上差异分别达0.10~0.01、0.05~0.01、0.01显著水平,材积是选择优良家系和个体的主要指标;家系间通直度、分枝度、自然整枝差异达到0.05显著水平,变异系数为6.95%~9.18%,说明形质性状也是优良家系的选择依据;参试家系可耐-5℃低温,但家系间没有差异;以材积为基础,兼顾树高、胸径、通直度、风雪害及其遗传增益,综合选出GB000014等10个优良家系,4年生树高、胸径和单株材积分别为12.4m、12.3 cm和0.071 37m^3,遗传增益平均值分别为2.81%、3.35%和21.03%。 Through mensuration and analyse on the growth character, resistance, form quality character and genetic variations of 42 families of E. saligna, the results showed that differences were 0. 10 - 0. 01,0. 05 - 0. 01 respectively, and 0. 01. The tree volume is the dominating character index by choosing eximious families or unit. The differences in form quality including straightness, branch and natural train were 0. 05prominent level amono families, and their variation coefficient is 6.95%- 9. 18%. This showed that form quality was also gist on selecting eximious families. The resistance is good and they could be able to bear -5~C temperature among families, but there are no differences among families. Based on the growth character, considering both straightness and genetic gains, GB000014 10 eximious families were selected. The tree height, DBH and volume of 4 years these eximious families were respectively reaching 12.4m, 12. 3cm, 0. 071 37m^3 and genetic gains of tree height, DBH, stem volume were 2. 81% ,3.35% and 21.03%.
