荷叶精油的超临界CO_2萃取及GC-MS分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用超临界CO2萃取技术从荷叶中萃取精油,通过正交试验设计超临界CO2萃取条件,得到最佳萃取工艺条件为温度50℃、压力20MPa、CO245kg/h、时间80min;对最佳条件萃取到的精油成分进行高压气相色谱—质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析,共检测到30个色谱峰,通过NIST2006标准谱库检索、Wiley数据库和文献比较,鉴定出27种化学成分,占色谱总峰面积的90.0%,其中含有醇7种、烷6种、烯2种、酸3种、酮2种、酯2种及生物碱1种。化学成分中碱类含量最高,为荷叶碱,达50.37%;其次是醇类,为5.57%。 The essential oil of lotus leaves was extracted by supercritical fluid CO2 technology, through the orthogonal experimental design. The best craft condition of extraction had been optimized was 50~C ,20MPa,45kg/h of CO2 flowing and 80min. Then the chemical compounts which was withdrawed with the optimum condition were analyzed by the high pressure GC - MS association with the computer technology, we got 30 chromatographs peaks, through the NIST 2006 standard spectrum storage retrieval, the Wiley database and the literature comparison, 27 kinds of chemical compounds had been identified, including seven kinds of aldehyde, six kinds of alkyl, two kinds of alkene, three kinds of acid, two kinds of ketone, two kinds of ester and one kind of alkaloid, in which the lotus leaves alkali' s rate was the highest, approximately reached 50. 37% ;next was the aldehyde, reached 5.57%.
