摘要
综述了猪卵母细胞的冷冻保存方法和解冻方法,同时对保存效果、影响保存的因素、保护剂的选择等进行探讨。最后,展望了猪卵母细胞冷冻技术的应用前景。
The cryopreservation and thawing method of porcine oocytes were reviewed. The effect and influence factors of preservation, choosing protection agents and so on were also discussed. At last, the application foreground of freezing technology of porcine oocyte was prospected.
