摘要
研究了不同时期油菜叶片和种子的硫苷含量,结果表明:高硫苷材料967H和246009-2叶片硫苷含量苗期最高,从苗期到盛花期保持下降,从盛花期到座果期保持增加,从座果期到座果期又保持下降;而低硫苷材料967L和04068-4现蕾期的硫苷含量最高,从现蕾到抽薹降低,从抽薹到始花有所升高,从始花到盛花又有所降低,而从盛花到座果期保持升高。高硫苷和低硫苷材料种子硫苷含量都是先降低后升高,从座果期到座果期,高硫苷材料硫苷含量平均增加89.40μmol/g,而低硫苷材料仅增加9.17μmol/g。在种子发育时期,叶片和种子硫苷含量呈负相关。
The glucosinolates content in leaves and seeds in rapes was investigated at different growth stages. The results showed that total glucosinolate content (TGC) in leaves of high glucosinolates content materials, 967H and 246009-2, was highest at seedling stage, then decreased until the full flowering stage, then increased until fruit setting Ⅱ stage, and then decreased from fruit setting Ⅱ stage to fruit setting V stage. TGC in leaves of low glucosinolates content materials, 967L and 04068-4, was highest at budding stage, then decreased from budding to bolting stage, then increased from bolting to early flowering stage, then decreased until full flowering stage, and then increased until fruit Ⅴ stage. The TGC in seeds of both high and low glucosinolates content materials generally showed the trend of decrease-increase. From fruit setting Ⅲ stage to fruit getting Ⅴ stage, seed glucosinolates content in high glucosinolates materials was increased by 89.40 μmol/ g while that in low glucosinolates materials was increased only 9.17 μmol/g. At the seed developmental stage, a negative correlation between glucosinolates content in leaves and seeds was observed.
