摘要 烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)导致的环境问题倍受人们关注,纺织产业链的各个环节都迫切了解APEO的含量及其浓度。以柱层析法和离子交换法对纺织助剂中分离出的APEO进行了初步研究,结果表明,柱层析法中前半部分用甲醇∶丙酮=1∶9(V/V)洗脱,后部分用纯甲醇洗脱,助剂中的阴离子表面活性剂和APEO能得到较好的分离,APEO含量的相对误差为8.60%;离子交换法中用弱碱性阴离子交换树脂分离效果比柱层析分离效果差,相对误差达到19.40%;而强碱性阴离子交换树脂分离效果较好,误差只有0.40%;微量的APEO可以用硫氰酸钴法(CTAS)定量,做出了APEO分析的工作曲线;用电喷雾质谱对其EO数的分布进行了鉴定。 The environmental problems brought by alkylphenol polyethoxylate ether (APEO) had attracted people's eyes. Almost every part conecting with textile were urgened to know whether it had APEO or not, and its concentration. A study upon the separation and analysis were researched by conlumn chromatograph and ionic exchanged method. The results showed that in column chromatrograph, when the first elute used methanol : acetone=1 : 1 (V/V) , and the second elute used pure methanol, the anionic surfactants and APEO in auxilary could be separate completely. The related error was about 8.6%. In ionic exchange method, the strong alkalie anionic exchange resin could separate APEO more completely than that of weak ones. Their relate error was 0.4% and 19.4%, respectively. The minium APEO in auxilary could be quantified by CTAS method, and the distribution of EO in APEO could be determined by ESI-MS.
