汉族与维吾尔族心房颤动患者临床特性的比较

The comparison of clinical features in artial fibrillation between the Uygurs and Hans patients

目的了解汉族与维吾尔族心房颤动(简称房颤)患者的临床特性是否存在差别。方法收集2002年1月至2007年1月本院住院的汉族与维吾尔族房颤患者共1317例,进行统计分析。结果1317例患者中,汉族967例,维吾尔族350例。汉族房颤患者的发病年龄为63.87±12.35岁,维吾尔族为53.69±14.85岁,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);引起房颤的病因中,汉族以高血压为主,占25.1%,维吾尔族以风湿性瓣膜病为主,占41.7%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。汉族的永久性、持续性及阵发性房颤的患病率分别为37.5%(363/967)、28.3%(274/967)、34.1%(330/967),维吾尔族的永久性、持续性及阵发性房颤患病率分别为40.0%(140/350)、35.4%(124/350)、24.6%(86/350),差异具有显著性(P<0.05);汉族与维吾尔族房颤患者的左、右房内径及射血分数之间差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。在房颤的血栓栓塞并发症中,维吾尔族的左房血栓发生率高于汉族(11.4%vs7.8%,P<0.05)。结论汉族与维吾尔族房颤患者在发病年龄、病因、左房内径、瓣膜病的发病等临床特性方面存在种族差别。

Objective To study clinical features of artial fibrillation （AF） in the races of Uygnrs and Hans for their differences. Methods 1 317 AF cases were collected, which involved Hans and Uygnrs patients in our hospital from January 2002 to January 2007, and conducted statistical analysis. Results Among 1 317 cases, there were 967 Hans cases, and 350 Uygnrs cases. The age of incidence of AF patients in Hans was 63.87± 12.35 years old, in Uygurs 53.69 ±14.85 years old, between which the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; For those causes including AF, hypertention was the main reason for Hans, which accounting for 25. 1%. And the rheumatic valvular disease was the main reason for Uygurs which accounting for 41.7%, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The prevalence of permanent, persistent and paroxysmal AF in Hans each was 37.5% ,28.3% ,34.1% , which in Uygurs was 40.0% ,35.4% ,24.6% respectively. There were significant differences in the diameter of left atrial, the diameter of right atrial and EF between Hans and Uygurs （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of left atria thrombus in Uygurs was significant higher than that in Hans （ 11.4% vs 7. 8% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical characters of AF patients have ethnic differences between Hans and Uygurs in the mean age, the basic reasons, the diameter of left atrial, the prevalence of valvular atrial fibrillation and so on.
