门诊注射室病人需求调查分析

目的对门诊注射室病人进行护理需求进行问卷调查并分析。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查法,包括健康知识,治疗环境,护理服务,心理状态4个方面。采用答卷结合访谈形式,整理及统计学分析。发出问卷300份,回收率100%。结果病人对健康知识的需求,对药物的效果及不良反应方面需求最高,占67.3%;52.33%的病人认为护理服务中技术水平更为重要;病人对治疗环境的需求;因疼痛产生恐惧心理者占35.0%。结论加强对门诊病人的健康教育,改进门诊注射室环境设施和布局,提高技术水平,加强心理支持。
