摘要 控制原油粘度实现管输原油方法的实质就是改变加热炉温度和降粘剂的加入量使进泵原油的运动粘度恒定在能使输油管道安全运行的设计粘度值,这样既保证了管道的安全运行,又降低了燃料或降粘剂的消耗,进而降低输油成本。该方法的核心就是采用粘度控制系统。该系统主要是由探头、在线粘度传感器、调节器和执行器等组成。其工作原理是,插入采样管的粘度计探头检测出进泵原油的运动粘度值是否等于设计值,若有偏差,则通过调节器使执行器动作,进而调节加热温度或降粘剂加入量,使进泵原油粘度值稳定在设计值。 The essence of the method is by changing heater's temperature and the add amount of viscosity-decreasing agent to make kinematic viscosity of crude entering pump persevereing at design value at which pipeline,safety operation can be ensured, in this way both pipline save operation and decreasing fuel or viscosity-decreasing agent consuming are achieved, thereby oil-transporting cost is decreased. The method uses viscosity control system.The system is mainly composed of detector,on line viscosity transducer and regulator etc. Its work principle is that the viscosity detector inserted in sampling pipe detects if the kinematic viscosity value equals to the design value, if it is not, making actuator act through regulator and then proceed to adjust heater temperature or the adding amount of viscosity-decreasing agent to make the viscosity value of erude stably at the design value.
