2004～2007年深圳市某区暗娼艾滋病综合防治干预效果分析

Effectiveness of Intervention Measure of AIDS Prevention on Prostitutes in Futian District in Shenzhen During 2004 Through 2007

[目的]了解深圳市福田区暗娼人群艾滋病综合防治干预效果。[方法]2004～2007年对辖区娱乐场所暗娼实施艾滋病预防健康教育干预,每年随机抽取50～65人进行问卷调查,并进行HIV、梅毒抗体检测。[结果]共调查暗娼232人,干预前后比较,艾滋病的知晓率由70.15%升高到80.33%,最近1个月安全套使用率(每次都用)由35.71%升高到65.57%,正确就医比例由24.00%升高为64.71%。同时检出HIV抗体阳性1例(阳性率0.43%)、梅毒抗体阳性10例(阳性率4.31%)。[结论]采取综合干预措施后艾滋病知晓率和安全套使用率均升高。

[ Objective ] To investigate the effectiveness of health education of AIDS prevention as an intervention measure on prostitutes. [ Methods ] Health education of AIDS prevention among prostitutes was practiced in Futian District during 2004-2007.50-65 prostitutes were selected randomly to be surveyed by questionnaire every year, serum examination for HIV and syphilis antibody as well as behavioral surveillance were conducted. [ Results ] There were 232 prostitutes altogether took part in the investigation. After health education intervention the awareness rates about AIDS raised from 70.15% to 80.33%, and the percentage of using condom raised from 35.71% to 65.57% recently, morever the rate of seeking medical aid raised from 24.00% to 64.71%. One cases were found HIV antibody positive, the positive rate was 0.43%. 10 cases of positive syphilis antibody were detected, the positive rate was 4.31%. [ Conclusion ] After intervention, the AIDS awareness rate and the rate of those possessing the intention of using condom was significantly raised in prostitutes.
