摘要 毒死蜱是目前世界上生产和销售量最大的有机磷杀虫剂之一,广泛应用于农作物病虫害和家庭卫生害虫防治之中,其对环境中生物的毒性尤其是对人类健康的影响一直是毒理学研究热点。本综述就毒死蜱的最主要毒性——神经毒性及其毒性作用机制的研究进展作一详细报道。 Chlorpyrifos, one of the organophosphorus insecticides holding the most production and sales volumes in the world, has been widely used in the prevention and control of crop diseases and pests. The toxicity of chlorpyrifos and its mechanisms are being studied by more and more toxicologists. The present article is a review on the neurotoxicity, the most important toxicity induced by chlorpyrifos and the recent progress with the researches on mechanisms of its toxicity.
