锰致神经毒性作用中神经递质的改变及其重要意义 被引量:2

The Importance of Dysregulation of Neurotransmitters in Manganese Neurotoxicity

摘要 锰作为一种神经毒物,长期接触可导致神经递质紊乱从而产生神经毒性作用。结合锰的生物学特性及锰中毒的临床表现,对锰影响单胺类神经递质多巴胺、氨基酸类神经递质γ-氨基丁酸和谷氨酸的有关研究进展,本文予以综述报道。 Although manganese ( Mn )is an essential trace element, prolonged exposure to Mn can lead to dysregulation of neurotransmitters and subsequent neurotoxicity. Aberrant homeostasis of dopamine ( DA ), γ-amiuobutyric acid ( GABA ) and glutamate ( Glu ) plays an important role in Mn poisoning. This review reports the latest research progress in neurotoxicity of manganese and mechanism of effect, combining with biological characteristics of Mn and clinical symptoms of Mn poisoning.
