长期使用的流量计,由于磨损造成其结构间隙增大,而出现超差现象,即便用精度调整器也无法调整到规定的精度范围,要确保其精度,就要对过度磨损的流量计进行大修。介绍了腰轮流量计大修工作的全过程,同时,指出了主要零部件修复的方法和具体要求,以及大修工作中的注意事项。
The structural clearance of flowmeter gets to increase due to wear after the flowmeter has been used in
long service,even if the accuracy setter would not adjust the flowmeter to the specified accuracy range, therefore, overhauling the excessively worn flowmeter is very necessary in order to ensure its accuracy. The overhauling process of the flowmeter is introduced. Meanwhile,the repairing method and requirements for the major elements of flowmeter and the notice of overhauling have been given.
