城镇化进程中的负外部性问题及其补偿

The Negative External Issues in the Process of Urbanization and Compensation

近年来,农村城镇化建设的快速发展,对国民经济的发展起到了重大推动作用,但是在城镇化进程中日益显现的负外部性问题却造成了对资源和环境的严重破坏,影响了城镇化建设的可持续发展。本文以经济学中的负外部性问题为分析框架,分析了产生该问题的深层次原因,并提出了针对性的补偿措施。

In spite of its great contribution to the national economy, the fast development of urbanization n recent years has resulted in the Negative External Issues which have severely damaged the sources and environment. This article takes the exterior innate disposition as the analysis foundation, analyzes the reasons and proposes some compensational countermeasures to solve this problem.
