摘要
奥地利经济学家约瑟夫.熊彼得(Josoph Schumpeter)提出:企业精神的真谛就是创新,创新是一种管理职能。以武汉豆香聚食品有限公司为例,从要素组合方法的创新、产品创新和环境创新等方面分析了传统农副产品深加工企业的创新模式,以期为更多传统农副产品深加工企业提供创新思路与方法。
Austrian economist Josoph Schumpeter said that enterprise spirit lies in innovation which is a management function. This paper studied the innovational model of Wuhan Duxiangju Food Limited Company that deep processed traditional agricultural products by key elements union innovation, products innovation, environment innovation, etc. in the hope of offering some methods to other similar enterprises.
