摘要
高校毕业生作为人力资源中较高层次的一类,其就业过程是国家高层次人力资源配置最为重要的一个环节。当前由于高等教育与社会发展存在脱节、社会就业市场不尽完善、大学生就业能力等因素,大学生就业难的问题逐渐凸显。通过高校合理定位人才培养目标,逐步引导大学生转变就业观念,并加强就业宣传和大学生就业能力的培养,相关社会机构不断完善就业市场,这样,借社会、高校、大学生三者共同努力则可有效促进大学生就业。
College and university graduates are high - level resources of human talents, whose employment process is one of the most important parts in the country' s deployment of high - level human resources. At present, due to various reasons including the development of society and higher education being out of line, the job market being imperfect and the university students' employment capacity needing to be raised and so on, difficulties university graduates face in finding employment is drawing more and more attention. Colleges and universities have to reasonable target personnel training to gradually change the students' concept about employment and to improve their competence in job hunting. Meanwhile, relevant social institutes are to improve the job market. Only through the joint efforts of the society, colleges and universities and university students themselves is it possible to help the students find jobs.
