知识经济时代的大学作为新知识与技能的首要来源,其创新能力建设关系着经济及国家竞争力。而当前大学组织生存所系的外部制度环境及内部治理结构上所存在的问题,阻抑了大学创新能力的发展。推动大学创新能力建设必须建立现代大学制度,并变革内部治理结构,以此为提高大学创新能力提供方向和路径。

As the chief source of new knowledge and technique in the times of knowledge economy, university creativity plays an important role in the competitiveness of nation. However, the deficiency in institutional environment and internal governance systems in higher education institutions will restrain the development of institutional creativity. In order to improve the ability of university creativity, modern university institutions must be developed, as well as the reform of internal governance structure.
