摘要
大学内部存在学术权力与行政权力两种相对强势的权力体系,大学内部学术权力与行政权力的架构产生了不同的内部权力结构模式。本文通过对大学内部权力结构失衡原因的分析,结合我国大学内部权力结构现状指出我国大学除了具有学术权力与行政权力之间的内在矛盾外,尚存在一些特殊原因;并对大学内部权力结构调整提出若干建议。
The university＇s interior power is mainly composed of the academic power and the administrative power. The relationship between the academic power and the administrative power has formed different models.This paper analyzes the reasons why the university＇s interior power has lost balance, and points out some special reasons in our university. In order to adjust the power structure, the paper puts forward some suggestions.
