摘要
以腈纶废料水解产物、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺与环氧氯丙烷、三甲胺的反应产物为原料 ,合成了一种钻井液降滤失剂 A96 1 ,对其泥浆性能进行了初步评价。结果表明 ,A96 1在泥浆中具有很好的降滤失效果 ,防塌、抗温及抗钙。
The filtrate reducer A961 for drilling fluid was synthesized by hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile, vinyl monomer and the reaction product of acrylamide, epoxychloropropane and trimethylamine, and the preliminary evaluation of the performance of A961 was investigated. The experimental results showed that the filtrate reducer A961 was pretty good in depressing the filtration rate, callapse preventive, thermal stability and resistance to salt, calcium and magnesiumion.
