摘要
介绍了基于GPS与GIS技术的车载移动视频监控指挥系统在处置突发事件中的应用,分别对该系统的工作原理、主要功能以及在该领域发挥的作用进行论述,最后对该系统的应用前景进行了展望。
This paper introduces the application of disposing tmexpected events of vehicle mobile video surveillance command system based on GPS and GIS technology. The working principle of the system, the main function and effect in the field are respectively discussed. Finally, the application foreground of this system is prospected.
