摘要
研究了在常压、无外加相转移催化剂条件下制备琥珀酸二正辛酯磺酸钠的新工艺。通过控制酯化反应条件 ,得到含少量马来酸单正辛酯的马来酸二正辛酯。其单酯经碱中和成盐 ,可直接作为双酯磺化反应的相转移催化剂。磺化反应在散开体系中进行。对影响酯化反应、磺化反应的各种因素作系统研究。研究结果表明 :当醇酐摩尔比为 2 .2 5∶ 1 ,反应温度为 1 4 0± 5℃ ,在酸催化下反应 2 .5h即可得到酯化率大于 94 %的酯化产物。用理论量的 1 0 7%亚硫酸氢钠作磺化剂 ,同时加入小量乙醇作助溶剂以改善反应液搅拌状况 ,于 92℃以上反应 3~ 4
A new preparation process of sodium 1,4bis(1octyl)sulfosuccinate was reported. The process was carried out under the normal pressure and without any extra phase transfer catalyst(PTC).Through controlling the reaction conditions, the esterifying product, bis(1octyl)maleate containing a small amount of 1octylmaleate(monoester) could be obtained. After neutralized by base solution, monoster became to a corresponding sodium salt which could be used directly as PTC in sulfonation reaction. The sulfonation could take place in an unclosed system. The research results showed: when the ratio of alcohol to anhydride was 2.25∶1 and when the esterification temperature was within a range of 140±5 ℃,the esterification could be performed by means of the acid catalyst and after 2.5 hours. The esterification rates of the esterifying products were higher than 94%. Using 107% theoretical amount of sodium hydrogen sulfite as a sulfonating agent and a small amount of ethanol as an assistant solvent to improve stirring situation, the sulfonation could be completed successfully at the temperature of higher than 92 ℃ and within 3~4 hours.Through contro
