摘要
通过对素质和潜能进行分析,根据研发工作特点,提出影响研发人员潜能的核心素质,并在此基础上,建立研发人员潜能评价指标体系,然后运用Fuzzy-AHP方法对研发人员潜能进行评价。
Based on study on competence and potential, the core competence which affect the researcher's potential is find out according to the characteristics of doing research. Andon the basis of core competence, the index system of the research's potential evaluation is constructed, and then with the help of Fuzzy--AHP to evaluate the potential of the researcher.
